Courant Computer Access
Members of the NYU community who are affiliated with Courant can be given access to Courant computing resources, which is limited to Courant faculty, researchers, administrative staff, and graduate students affiliated with Courant's Math, Computer Science and Data Science departments to facilititate work they do relative to their roles at Courant. Access to these resources can also be granted to collaborators, visitors, and students who would otherwise be ineligible (eg, from other departments) but are enrolled in Math, CS or DS graduate classes, certain undergraduate classes, or working with a member of Courant's faculty. All Courant users are expected to abide by New York University's policies regarding network security and the use of technology resources. Furthermore, Courant data storage resources should not be used as a repository for personal files, such as pictures, music, and videos, nor should it be used to backup non-research related files from personal computers and laptops. Failure to abide by these policies may result in suspension of termination of your access.
Access to Courant computing resources uses the NYU authentication system, so your NetID and NYU password is used to authenticate into Courant-specific resources once access has been granted.
