Warren Weaver Hall Conference rooms 412, 605, 705, 805, 905 and 1314

The conference rooms have virtually identical AV configurations for presentations  and meetings using a "bring your own device." Rooms 605, 705, 805 and 905 have standard conference room seating configurations by default, each with a seating capacity of 12, while the larger rooms, 412 and 1314, can accommodate 20. Each rooms is set up for meetings, presentations of video conferencing with the following equipment:

  • TV monitor at the front of the room 
  • Conferencing soundbar with camera, microphones and speakers
  • USB-C hub on adapter ring with HDMI connection to the display and a USB-C connection to the conferencing system
  • lightning and mini-display adapters for older tablets, and USB-C to HDMI adapter are also on the adapter ring
  • wall plate to power on and off the system and select an input device

While room 412 is equipped with whiteboards, the others are all equipped with blackboards. Each room The room should be stocked with erasers and an ample supply of chalk (or whiteboard markers in the case of room 412). If not, please send email to courant-facilities@nyu.edu. In addition to meetings, room 412 can be reserved for Computer Science office hours, while rooms 605, 705, 805 and 905 can be reserved for Math office hours. Room 1314 is for meetings only.
