Yann LeCun Named ACM Fellow for 2023

Yann LeCun, Silver Professor of Computer Science and Data Science, has been named a 2023 Fellow by the Association for Computing Machinery. The ACM Fellows program recognizes the top 1% of ACM Members for their outstanding accomplishments in computing and information technology.

Professor LeCun is recognized "for conceptual and engineering breakthroughs that have made deep neural networks a critical component of computing.” You can see the full list of 2023 inductees here.
