Supplementary Instructions

This series follows the basic specifications and style for AMS book
proceedings, with the following additions.


Copyright information is entered with the \copyrightinfo command:

  \copyrightinfo{2000}%            % copyright year
    {American Mathematical Society}% copyright holder

If the AMS is not the copyright holder for a given article, substitute
the name of the copyright holder as the second argument of the
\copyrightinfo command.


If your version of amsproc.cls is version 2.0 (released in December 1999),
enter subject information as:

  \subjclass[2000]{...}

If you still have version 1.2, add this definition to the preamble of
your document:

  \renewcommand{\subjclassname}{%
    \textup{2000} Mathematics Subject Classification}

and enter the subject information as \subjclass{...} .
