Galois cohomology of del Pezzo surfaces

Potentially stably rational del Pezzo surfaces over nonclosed fields (Yuri Tschinkel and Kaiqi Yang)

which identifies Galois actions on Picard groups of minimal potentially stably rational del Pezzo surfaces of degree 2 and 1. There are no such actions in degree 3.
