Who I want to become when I grow up (perspective of pop-science)
There are several authors and projects about mathematics that I admire unbelievably.
Obviously, compared to them, everything that exists in this blog is absolutely kindergarten-level.
Which makes it even more important to mention them. (The order is random)
3Blue1Brown
A classic and, apparently, one of the founders of the modern genre of mathematical visualization.
Alfredo Canziani
I attended his seminars.
His visualizations are simply a piece of art.
Gabriel Peyré
Here, everything is related to optimal transport.
But besides that, he also has a GitHub for experimental computational mathematics and it is an entirely new level in teaching.
Francis Bach
This is simply the blog of a true visionary about machine learning theory and mathematics.
Welch Labs
Geniuses of machine learning visualization.
Djalil Chafaï
I do not understand most of the mathematics he works on, but one can easily spend a good hour just looking through the pictures on this website.
Alexander Shen’
Unfortunately, most of his texts and lectures are only in Russian, but I think I have watched everything available on YouTube, and this is the peak of pedagogy.
The list will continue to grow.
