I am interested in the dynamics of statistical mechanics and field theory models:
using tools from probability and functional analysis, I try to describe the collective dynamics of a large number of small interacting components.
This involves finding effective equations (PDEs or SPDEs) that approximately describe the dynamics in suitable limits,
as well as giving guarantees on the time required for the dynamics to have a certain property. I am particularly interested in dynamics close to a phase transition.

I also help with the organisation of the Courant probability and mathematical physics seminar.
