Conference Rooms Edit Title

Conference Rooms 505, 605, 705 and 905 are all equipped with a ceiling mounted projector to which a laptop can be connected. To use the projector, simply connect your laptop to the VGA cable that is connected to the switch on the wall next to the projection screen. An adapter ring for common laptop connections is also provided. Press the power button on the switch to turn the projector on. You should hear the projector's fan start up within a few seconds of pushing the power button. The projector takes a few minutes to warm up and cool down, so do not press the power button repeatedly if you do not immediately get an image on the screen.

In addition, conference room 905 also contains a conference table with chairs, and ceiling mounted speakers.
