A workshop on "Optimal Transportation, Equilibrium, and Applications to Economics" will bring together economists and mathematicians at NYU on the themes of matching and mechanism design, in connection with the mathematical theories of optimal transport, abstract convexity, and nonlinear complementarity problems.
