Concentration inequalities for dynamical systems
Jean-Rene Chazottes

Abstract.
Concentration inequalities are a powerful tool
to estimate the fluctuations of observables more general
than ergodic sums: one can consider any observable
F(x,...,T^n x) provided it is separately Lipschitz.
Such inequalities can be established for non-uniformly hyperbolic
systems and we shall present some applications.
