Submanifolds, Singular Spaces and Stratified Sets
will be
held at the Courant
Institute of Mathematical Sciences of New
York University from Sunday, March 13 through Wednesday,
March 16, 2005.
The talks will take place at the Courant
Institute, which is located
at 251
Mercer Street (corner of Mercer Street and West 4th Street) in
Manhattan.
Everyone is invited to the Julius's IOMT Fest,
especially
graduate students.

The Julius's Ides of March Topology Fest is
supported in part
by a grant from the National
Science Foundation and The
Courant Institute. Limited funds will be
available for partial reimbursement of travel and hotel costs for some
of the participants. Preference will be given to graduate students and
younger faculty who do not have NSF or other grant or school
support.

Birman
at nearby Columbia University & Barnard College. Associated
conference workshops are on March 15 and 16. A banquet will be held on
Friday, March 18.
