Short-Term Housing

Short-Term Housing: 1 day to 3 months (subject to availability)

Rates currently in effect through August 31, 2013.

Daily Rate: $ 143.00

Weekly Rate: (5 – 7 days) $ 726.00

Monthly Rate: (30 – 31 days) $2172.00

Plus: a 1 time cleaning fee of: $ 80.00

CIMS Short-term Housing is only for visitors of the Courant Institute who are collaborating with Courant faculty.

Apartments are furnished. Linens, towels, comfort amenities are supplied.

If you wish to request housing, please email Stephanie Lo (at lo@cims.nyu.edu) the following information:

1. Your arrival and departure date, length of your visit.
2. Name of Courant faculty member(s) you will be working with.

Payment Instructions:

Payment for fees of short-term apartments should be made prior to arrival, but no later than the first business day after arrival.

There are two options for payment:

1. Credit card payment can be processed using this link: https://cims.nyu.edu/epayments
2. Check or money order payment should be made payable to New York University and mailed to
