Short-Term Housing

Short-Term Housing: 1 day to 3 months (subject to availability)

Rates are effective as of 9/1/11, rates change annually on September 1st

Daily Rate: $ 143.00

Weekly Rate: (5 – 7 days) $ 726.00

Monthly Rate: (30 – 31 days) $2172.00

Plus: a 1 time cleaning fee of: $ 70.00

Apartments are furnished. Linens, towels, comfort amenities are supplied.

Following information required:

1. Your arrival and departure date, length of your visit.
2. Name of Courant faculty member(s) you will be working with.
3. Indicate method of payment.

Note: CIMS Short-term Housing is only for visitors of the Courant Institute who are collaborating with Courant faculty.

Payment Instructions:

Payment must be made before 3 business days prior to departure date. Apartment keys must be returned to Stephanie Lo on exit date.

Make your rent check payable to: New York University.
Please note that credit cards will not be accepted.
Payments may be made by check or money order.
